THE NEXT SHOE WILL BE A SIZE 24
Three judges have ruled that the companies bringing foreclosures to court cannot prove they actually own the property because they didn’t do , or destroyed the paper trails to the property. In plain speak this means they didn’t register the deed at your friendly local court house and till they do the property is not conveyed. In the recent past Judges have said Oh well you can prove it later and foreclose the property. These ruling will change all that most likely and now the big question is “What will happen to the property”. As has been suggested by other legal beagles “Don’t move out they can’t make you because they can’t prove ownership” this could get really interesting.
The other bomb in this piece is the FASB has made a ruling that will brings trillions of dollars worth of mortgages back to the banks balance sheets( they went off books when they were bundled) now they will count on the balance sheets. Should make all these supposed bank profits disappear in a heartbeat.
Watch the Green Shoots wither and fast . Dow below 6000 before Christmas.
As usual a nagging question “Did they use the mortgage in more than one package”?

Pretty bold, that Dow 6000 prediction. I’ve been holding off myself, it’s just too damn hard to gauge with all the funny money being poured into Wall Street’s coffers. And by the way, what green shoots?
